Abstract
This research aims analyze the influence of the financial performance of the change of stock price on property companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Independent variables was used in this research are Return On Assets, Net Profit Margin, Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, and Price to Book Value period 2010 – 2012, while dependent variable was used is change of stock price period 2011 – 2013. Analysis of the data used in this research is a multiple linear regresison . the results of the multiple linear regression is Return On Assets, Earning Per Share, and Debt to Equity Ratio have significantly effect on change of stock price. Keyword :financial performance, change of stock price, property companies
