Abstract
Corporate value can be interpreted as market value. Corporate value is a reflection of the current value of desired future earnings as well as an indicator for market to assess the company. Company values can be influenced by many factors, such as Return of Asset, Investment Decision, Intellectual Capital, independent commissioners and Corporate Social Responsibility. The aims of this study is to find the impact of Return of Asset, Investment Decision, Intellectual Capital, Independent Commissioners and Corporate Social Responsibility on Corporate Value. Corporate Value was measured by Tobin’s Q while Return of Asset was measured by dividing profit by total assets, Investment Decision was measured by Price to Earning Ratio (PER), Intellectual Capital was measured by Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAICTM), Independent Commissioners was measured by dividing independent commissioner personnel by total personnel of the Board of Commissioners, and Corporate Social Responsibility was measured by CSR GRI G4. The study used purposive sampling as method in collecting sample so the final sample were 14 mining companies in period of 2011 – 2016. The results of this study showed Return of Asset, Investment Decision, Intellectual Capital, Independent Commissioners and Corporate Social Responsibility had insignificant impact on Corporate Value.
