Abstract
Internet banking is a facility provided by banking as a means of payment without using direct cash. The purpose of this research was to analyze the effect of Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, and Social Influence on Intention to Use Internet Banking BNI in Surabaya. The sample used in this research is the customer of Internet Banking BNI in Surabaya. The number of samples used in the study were 80 respondents distributed directly and using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis using SPSS version 16 for windows. The result of the research shows that Performance Expectancy has a significant effect on Intention to Use, Effort Expectancy has significant effect on Intention to Use, Social Influence has significant effect on Intention to Use Internet Banking BNI in Surabaya. Based on the results of data analysis collected in this study, it can be concluded that Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence has a significant positive effect on Intention to Use of Internet Banking BNI in Surabaya.
