Abstract

Financial performance is a picture of economic results that can be achieved by the company at a certain time through the activities of companies to generate profits effectively and efficiently. This study aims to examine the effect of Executive Compensation, Intellectual Capital, independent commissioner, audit committee and Size of Company to Financial Performance in mining sector. This type of research is a quantitative research using secondary data. The research data used are financial statements that have been published in IDX. There was 86 samples collected by purposive sampling method. The independent variables in this study are Executive Compensation, Intellectual Capital, Independent Commissioner, Audit Committee, and Company Size. Dependent variable in this research is Financial Performance. The result of this research proved that Executive Compensation, Independent Director, have no influence to Financial Performance. The Intellectual Capital, Audit Comitee, and size of companyhave impact on Financial Performance.
