Abstract
The service in internet banking usage is an effort to signify technological advances in banking. Internet banking BRI is a product that is not foreign to easy people, the risk, but PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia has not been able to attract customers even BRI internet banking users decline from 2014 to 2015. Evident with the TOP Brand Award survey of internet banking products presented in this study. Under these circumstances and different factors affecting customers to use internet banking BRI, the researcher is interested to conduct research related to internet banking usage entitled "Effect of Easy, Risk and Customer's Attitude on Internet Banking Usage of PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia in Surabaya" The method used in this research is SPSS 16.0 and WarpPLS 5.0. This study used 130 respondents where 100 respondents for large sample and 30 respondents for small samples. The results of this study are the ease and significant risk variables on the attitudes and attitudes significant to the use of internet banking services. Keyword: Easy, Risk, Attitude, Use of internet banking.
