Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Value Added Capital Employee (VACA), Value Added Human Capital (VAHU), and Structural Capital Value Added (STVA) on produvtivity of banking companies. Object of the study were 39 conventional banking companies wich is listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2013 to 2017. The independent variable in this study was measured by the value added capital coefficient, value added human coefficient, structural capital value coefficient. The sample is determined by using purposive sampling method. The hypothesis is tested by using simple regression analysis. The result showed that Value Added Capital Coefficient (VACA), Value Added Human Coefficient (VAHU) had significant effect on productivity. While the Structural Capital Value Coefficient (STVA) had no significant effect on productivity.
