Abstract
This research aimed to determine the effect of financial ratios and size to stock return. The object of this research was property dan real estate companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2012-2016. Financial ratios used in this research as the independent variables were liquidity, profitability, activity, leverage and size. This study using purposive sampling method to obtain a sample. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The result of this study indicated leverage have significant effect on stock return but liquidity, profitability, activity and size has no effect on stock return. Keywords : Stock Return, Financial Ratios, Size.
