Abstract
Financial distress is a condition, where the company's finances are in an unhealthy state, but have not yet experienced bankruptcy. Therefore, it is important for the current ratio, debt to assets ratio, earnings per share and operating cash flow of the company to identify the condition of financial distress in advance as material for evaluation and early warning. This study aims to determine the effect on financial distress. This research was conducted on finance sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2015-2018 period. The number of samples used in this study were 24 companies with a purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the earning per share variable has a positive effect on financial distress, while the current ratio variable, debt to assets ratio, operating cash flow has no effect on financial distress. Keywords: Financial Distress, Current Ratio, Debt To Assets Ratio, Earning Per Share And Operating Cash Flow
