Abstract
This study aims to analyze the effect of profitability, capital structure, dividend policy and investment decisions on corporate value. The analytical tool used is the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression analysis. Research samples of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017 using purposive sampling method. The results showed the variable Profitability (ROE), Capital Structure (DER), Dividend Policy (DPR), and Investment Decision (PER) simultaneously influencing Company Value (PBV). The test results partially Profitability and Investment Decision variables have a significant positive effect on Company Value, the Capital Structure variable has no significant negative effect on Company Value, and the Dividend Policy variable has a significant positive effect on firm value. Keywords: Firm Value, Profitability (ROE), Capital Structure (DER), Dividend Policy (DPR), and Investment Decision (PER).
