Abstract
This Final Assignment Research (TA) was conducted at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Wilayah Surabaya is an object. PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Wilayah Surabaya research that provides one of the services for its customers, namely domestic transfers. The objectives to be achieved in this study are as to find out the procedures for implementing domestic transfer services at PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Kantor Wilayah Surabaya with transfers that are adjusted by the type of transfer carried out. The research method used is a qualitative approach with descriptive research with data collection techniques namely interviews and documentation. Based on the research conducted that transfers are the process of transferring or sending funds. There are 2 (two) types of domestic transfer services, namely incoming transfers and outgoing transfers. Incoming transfers can be done by way of a transfer mechanism between branches and using a Bank Indonesia credit note (CN). Outgoing transfers can be used by cash transfers or non-cash transfers (over bokking), and used BI-RTGS system. Keywords : PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
