Abstract
ABSTRACT DETERMINANTS OF INTERESTS OF ACCOUNTING STUDENTS TO STUDY IN ACCOUNTING PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION Faradila Marta Claudia 2010310328 2010310328@students.perbanas.ac.id This study aims to determine the factors that affect interest of accounting student to follow the Accounting Profession Study. Factors that affect the interests of the students in this study are quality motivation, career motivation, economic motivation, and achievement motivation. The study was conducted on 50 respondents who are students of Professional Accounting Education Program on Perbanas Surabaya. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis, F test and t test. Based on the results of analysis show that the quality motivation, career motivation, and achievement motivation significantly effect on student interest, while the economic motivation no significant effect on student interest.
