Abstract
This research aims to analyze the effect of investment opportunity set, free cash flow,debt policy and growth potential on dividend policy in manufacture company registered/listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in year of 2014-2017. Purposive sampling method was used in this study. This study used IBM SPSS 23.0 to do the data analysis. The result shows investment opportunity set, debt policy, and growth potential did not influence dividend policy, meanwhile free cash flow influence dividend policy in manufacture company registerd/listen in Indonesia stock exchange on 2014-2017.
