Abstract
Thepurpose of this study is to examine factors that effect of Earnings Response Coefficient. The object of this research was mining of companies listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2013-2017. The independent variabel were profitability, growth oppoortunity, leverage, and timeliness. The sampling tecnique used in this research was purposive sampling. Multi regression analysis was employed to analyze data. The result of this study indicated profitability, leverage, and timeliness have positive effect on earnings response coefficient, but growth opportunity has no effect on earnings response coefficiennt.Keywords: Earnings Response Coefficient, profitability, growth opportunity, leverage, and timeliness
