Abstract
This aims research to determine the effect of liquidity, profitability, leverage, and firm size on dividend policy in basic industrial and chemicals on Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in this research 24 basic industrial and chemicals on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2014-2017 period. The analysis technique in this research uses multiple linier regression. The results of this research indicate that the variabels of liquidity, profitability and leverage does not have a significant positive effect on dividend policy, while the firm size has a significant positive effect on dividend policy.
