Abstract
PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya is the regional-owned enterprises have systems and procedures in reassembling waterways. The research objective was to determine how the systems and procedures reassembling drains in PDAM Surabaya Surya Sembada. The data used are primary data is by using data obtained directly from the first party in the form of opinion research subjects either individually or in groups. Descriptive method is a method used in data collection to conduct research. Results of this study stated that the systems and procedures for reassembling the drains in the Solar Sembada PDAM Surabaya is quite good, clear and detailed. Advice given to the company relating to the results of this study are the company should further improve the quality of customer service, because the number of customers who are not little and provide new innovations to customers via online services, so that a given procedure more efficient.
