Abstract
This research aims to determine whether or not the effect of profitability, company size, devidend policy, insider ownership, institutional ownership, and assets structure on debt policy in manufacture companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis using the F test and t test. The data used is secondary data. The results showed that profitability and asset structure influence debt policy. Whereas company size, dividend policy, managerial ownership, and institutional ownership have no effect on debt policy.
