Abstract
This research was conducted at PD. BPR Bank Daerah Lamongan. PD. BPR Bank Daerah Lamongan provides one of the banking products, namely Civil Servants Credit. The purpose of this study is to find out the meaning of civil servant credit, granting procedures and loan repayment procedures for civil servants. The research method used is descriptive research with data collection techniques, namely interviews, literature studies, observation, and documentation. Based on the research conducted, it is known the conclusion that civil servant credit is credit given to PNS/CPNS, Employees/Prospective BUMN/BUMD Employees, Members of the TNI/POLRI, Legislative Members, Private Company Employees, Retirees and Retired Employees who provide credit requirements that is by using the employee decree as collateral.
