Abstract

Corporate value is very imprtant in relation to the development of a company. The development of the company is the most important thing will be seen by investors. A good image for a company is a very high price because the firm value is so important and can also be sold through its stock price. Companies that have high potential growth rates have a tendency to produce good corporate value. This research aims to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility (CSR), leverage, dan ukuran perusahaan to the company’s value. The company’s value in this study was measured using two ratios, price to book value (PBV) and Tobin’s Q. The population in this study is a service sector companies in infrastructure, utility, and transportation listed on the Stock Exchange in 2013-2017 amount 60 companies. Data analysis techniques used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. The result in this study demonstrate that corporate social responsibility has no effect on firm value, leverage affects the firm value, and firm size does not affect firm value.
