Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of efficiency, size, age, profitability, and ownership on financial innovation of the banking sector in Indonesia. The sample used in this study were 18 banking sector companies registered by Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK) from 2009 to 2018. The analysis technique in this study used logistic multinomial regression. The results in this study indicate that the efficiency and profitability variables have a positive and significant effect, variable size and have a negative and significant effect, while for the age and ownership variables do not affect financial innovation.
