Abstract
The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of leverage, liquidity and firm size on profitability in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period of 2013 to 2017. The data analysis technique used multiple linier analyisis. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, with some predetermined criteria have obtained a sample 255 companies. The research data is secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2013-2017. Partial results this study show that the turnover of leverage and firm size significant positive effect on profitability. and liquidity has no significant effect on profitability.This shows that all independent variables that affect the dependent variable is equal to 14,9% and the balance of 85,1% influenced by other variabl es not examined.
