Abstract
Bank is one of financial institution that can influence the increasing of economic matters in a country. Banking relations to economy as auxiliary institution is facilitating the economic rotation in the world. Bank provides many products and services to comply people’s need and also gives credibility and safety to improve services to the customers. One of the products is savings. Nowadays, children prefer to use saving account due to paying the school payment is easier. This study aims at finding out procedure of saving account implementation at PT. Bank Jatim sub branch Krian Sidoarjo. The study uses descriptive method and focuses on enhancing customers on children’s saving. The source of the study is using secondary data from Supervisor and Customer Service. Then, the technique of data collection used is interviewing. This suggests that explanation in detail is necessary for children as customers. Moreover, the children may get saving guide book if it is needed. The implication of the suggestion is preparing saving guide book production about children’s saving information. Keywords : Bank Jatim, children’s saving, enhancing customer
