Abstract
The size of the company is a comparison between the company's long-term debt and total assets. This study aims to analyze whether Company Size, Liquidity, Profitability, and Growth Opportunity have a significant effect on Capital Structure. This uses secondary data taken through the documentation method. This data is taken from Bank III financial statements published from 2014 to 2018. The sampling technique used was purposive samples. Multiple linear regression analysis is used for analysis. Based on the results of the analysis show that company size, liquidity, and profitability do not have a significant effect on capital structure while growth opportunity influences the capital structure of conventional banks in Book III
