Abstract
This reserach aims to examine the effect of profitability, growth, and leverage toward the dividend policy in consumer good company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used is 22 consumer good companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2014-2017 period. The analysis technique used is multiple linier regression. The result of this research shows that profitability has significant positive effect toward the dividend policy. Meanwhile, growth has negative significant effect on dividend policy. Otherwise, leverage has insignificant positive effect toward the dividend policy. Keywords: dividend policy, profitability, growth, and leverage
