Abstract
This study aims to determine the direct effects of entrepreneurial knowledge and networking on the performance of entrepreneurs. The population in this study were entrepreneurs in Surabaya, Sidoarjo, and Gresik. The number of samples used by the researcher was 146 entrepreneurs. Sampling was done by using a purposive sampling method. Primary data was collected through questionnaires to respondents namely business owners, based on research instruments. The data analysis method used in this study was Multiple Regression. According to the results of hypothesis testing, entrepreneurial knowledge and networking have significant positive effects on the performance of entrepreneurs. This indicates that the stronger entrepreneurial knowledge and networking a business has, the better performance a business may improve.
