Abstract
This research was carried out at the BRI Bank Sidoarjo Waru branch. BRI Bank Waru Sidoarjo branch provides one of the banking products, namely credit cards. The purpose of this study is to find out the procedure and implementation of credit cards of bank customers in the BRI Waru branch of Sidoarjo. The research method used is qualitive and descriptive research with data collection techniques namely interviews and documentation. Based on the research conducted it is known that the benefits of credit cards as a substitute for money and also often provide points for credit card holders who transact using credit cards. Credit card payments can be through various methods such as auto debit, e-banking, ATM and Tellers.
