Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure, company size, dividend policy, and company growth on company value in the transportation company sector in Indonesia. Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2015-2018. This population in this study are all transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange totaled 33 companies. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, so tha the final sample obtained was 110 transportation companies registered at Indonesia stock exchange. This study uses multiple linear regression analysis. techniques with the help of the SPSS 25.0 application. Based on the results of the analysis shows that: 1) Capital structure influences the value of transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, 2) Company Size, Dividend Policy, and Asset Growth have no effect on the value of registered transport companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Key words: capital structure, company size, dividend policy,company growth,company value.
