Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of liquidity, activity, and solvability on the earning growth of property and real estate companies listed in the IDX. 30 property and real estate companies listed in the IDX in 2013-2017 were selected as samples. Data analysis method was multiple linier regression analysis. The result showed that simultant liquidity, activity, and solvability influences significant the earning growth. Meanwhile, the result showed that only partially liquidity influences negative significan on earning gowth, activity influences positive significan on earning growth, and solvability do not influences negative significan on earning growth. Keywords: Liquidity (CR), Activity (TATO), Solvability (DER), and Earning Growth.
