Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of accounting information influence on stock price and trading volume activities at property and real estate company in Indonesian Stock Exchange. The samples in this research is 44 company which purposive sampling as selection methode. The data used is secondary data. Data analysis techniques in this research is multiple regression. The result of this research shows that simultaneously Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return on Equity (ROE) are significant on stock price. Then partially,Earning Per Share (EPS) has a significant positive effect on stock price and Return on Equity (ROE) has a significant negative effect on stock price. Meanwhile, Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Return on Equity (ROE) simultaneously significant on trading volume activities. But, partially only Price Earning Ratio (PER) has a positive significant on trading volume activities. Keyword: Earning Per Share (EPS), Price Earning Ratio (PER), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) Return on Equity (ROE), stock price and trade volume activities.
