Abstract
Profitability is the company's ability to generate profits or profits from various resources used in the company's operations. The factors that influence profitability are board of commissioners, independent board of commissioners, audit committee, board of directors, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership. This research to analyze the effect of profitability, board of commissioners, independent board of commissioners, audit committee, board of directors, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership. The subject of this research consisted of consumer good companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in year 2013-2017 using sampling jenuh. The analytical method in this research uses multiple linear regression. The results of the regression analysis are that the board of directors influences profitability, while the board of commissioners, independent board, audit committee, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership did not influence profitability.
