Abstract
Internet banking is a form of internet media utilization by banks to promote and simultaneously conduct transactions online, both from conventional and new products. The development of information technology, telecommunications has led to the emergence of e-banking based business applications. Like e-banking products issued by CIMB Niaga bank, namely CIMB Clicks and Go Mobile. This research aims to know customer satisfaction in using CIMB Clicks and Go Mobile E-banking from CIMB Niaga Surabaya. Data collection techniqueused in this research is questionnaire. Respondents were customers of CIMB Niaga who used CIMB Clicks / Go Mobile from CIMB Niaga and placed in Surabaya and Sidoarjo. A sample of 100 respondents was determined by random sampling technique. The results of this research indicate that all respondents stated that they were very satisfied in all aspects. Respondents considered that CIMB Clicks / Go Mobile is very easy to use, very fast to use to transact anytime and anywhere, very satisfied in terms of safe transactions and system services, the account security features of CIMB Clicks / Go Mobile are also very satisfying.
