Abstract
The value of the company can be found on the company's ability to pay dividends to investors. Dividend payments closely related to the company's ability to earn a profit, if the corporate profits high, the dividends paid to investors is high, so it can affect stock prices tend to be high so as to increase the company's value. This study aims to determine the effect of ownership structure, an independent commissioner, leverage, profitability on firm value. The population in this study is a company manufacturing consumer goods industry sectors listed on BEI in 2013-2017 as many as 40 companies. The sampling technique in this study using purposive sampling technique. Data analysis techniques used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS) the results of this study indicate that the ownership structure does not affect the value of the company, an independent commissioner has no effect on the value of the company, leverage significant effect on corporate value, profitability does not affect the value of the company.
