Abstract
Companys that have go public in general are trying to increase the prosperity of investors through the improvement of firm value which is the perception of investors to the success rate of the company to provide prosperity for shareholders. One of the methods used to analyze firm value is by using Price to Book Value (PBV). This research aims to determine the effect of profitability, company size, leverage, and dividend policy on the value of the company. The research population is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2015-2017. The sample technique used in this study is the selection of samples with consideration (purposive sampling). The analysis method used is multiple regression analysis. The result of this research are : profitability and leverage effected on firm size, while company size and dividend policy has no effect on firm value.
