Abstract
With the development of internet technology is very fast, communication through internet has been adopted by business sector to share information. The development of the internet technology has influenced form of company’s financial statement presentation. So appeared an additional media to disclose financial information that which is Internet Financial Reporting (IFR).This research aims to analyze the influence of managerial ownership, company age and profitabiity through Internet Financial Reporting on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in year of 2017. Purposive sampling was used in this study. This study used IBM SPSS 23.0 to do the data analysis. The result shows managerial ownership and company age did not influence to internet financial reporting, meanwhile profitability infulence to internet financial reporting on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.
