Abstract
Corporate Social Responsibility is the responsibility of the company to the environment or society for all their activities. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of liquidity, solvency and managerial ownership on disclosure of corporate social responsibility. The population in this study are the main sector companies and manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016 to 2017. The selection of samples by setting certain criteria and samples that meet the criteria are 389 samples. The analysis used is multiple linear regression. The results of this study show that the variables of liquidity and managerial ownership have no effect on disclosure of corporate social responsibility while the solvency variable influences the disclosure of corporate social responsibility.
