Abstract
The purpose of this study was to test the Influences EUCS instruments, Security and Privacy Factor, Information Systems Service Quality, also Speed of Platfrom Response Towards User Satisfaction of E-Learning in the School of Economics Perbanas Surabaya. The samples in this study using purposive sampling technique (purposive sampling) the sample was selected on purpose in order to represent the population. The population in this study was a high school economics mahasiswan Perbanas Surabaya. Of the 80 questionnaires distributed, only 36 questionnaires that can be processed by using Smart PLS for Windows. The results showed there are only two factors that affect the user satisfaction of e-learning is the security and privacy also the speed of platfrom response. Keywords : The influences EUCS instruments, security and privacy factor, information systems service quality, speed of platfrom response towards user satisfaction of e-learning in the school of economics Perbanas Surabaya.
