Abstract
Information systems that are very easy to access in the present era of the internet. Ease when transacting and speed to transact and this is given by the bank with internet banking system service. Internet banking is a profitable innovation for Indonesian banking. The purpose of this research is to know the significance of perceived risk influence, perceived security and ease of use felt by the customer towards BCA internet banking adoption in surabaya. This study uses a sample of at least 19 years old, citizens of Indonesia, customers of internet banking users bca, with a sample of 117 respondents processed using IBM SPSS version 20 and data collection methods using questionnaires. Statistical methods used in this study are multiple linnier regression and Test of classical assumption. The result of this research shows 1. The risk felt does not have a significant effect on the adoption of internet banking BCA in surabaya.2. The perceived security of use has no significant effect on the adoption of BCA's internet banking in Surabaya. 3. Perceived ease of use has no significant effect on BCA internet banking adoption in Surabaya. Keywords : Perceived risk, perceived security, ease of use felt
