Abstract
Cost of equity capital is expenses incurred to obtain new investment from current year earnings or issuing new shares. Factors that affects the cost of equity capital is managerial ownership, quality audit, firm size and voluntary disclosure. This study analyzed the managerial ownership, quality audit, firm size and voluntary disclosure. The subjects of this study consisted of Property and Real Estate companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange period 2012-2017 were selected by sensus sampling. The analysis method in this research used multiple linear regression. The result of regression analysis was firm size significant effect to cost of equity capital, managerial ownership didn’t significant effect to cost of equity capital, quality audit didn’t significant effect to cost of equity capital, and voluntary disclosure didn’t significant effect to cost of equity capital.
