Abstract
This final project was created in order to know the effectiveness and efficiency of e-filing usage annual tax report personal taxpayer in kantor pelayanan pajak pratama surabaya rungkut. The method used in this study is descriptive quantitative by using primary data derived from the taxpayer is a questionnaire or secondary derived from the data obtained in kantor pelayanan pajak pratama surabaya rungkut. This final project aims to know the effectiveness, efficiency and constraints plus solutions in the use of e-filing in reporting annual tax report personal taxpayer in kantor pelayanan pajak pratama surabaya rungkut. The result of this research is applying e-filing of kantor pelayanan pajak pratama Surabaya Rungkut is categorized very effective and efficient. It can be proved that the level of effectiveness reached 113.92% which is based on the calculation of several aspects of the target ratio of 53.62%, the ratio of realization of 61.08%. The level of efficiency is evident from some indicators that can be proven by questionnaires that have been distributed to taxpayers with a majority of more than 50% of taxpayers agree that e-filing can facilitate their work in reporting annual tax report. Obstacles experienced by kantor pelayanan pajak Pratama Surabaya Rungkut is the number of taxpayers who lack understanding of internet technology so many are still confused in the reporting online. Solutions made by kantor pelayanan pajak Pratama Surabaya Rungkut is providing intensive training for taxpayers in reporting taxes every day working hours.
