Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the level of tax compliance in reporting Annual Tax Return Income Tax in the KPP Madya Juanda Sidoarjo and constraints to improve the reporting of Annual Tax Return Income Tax. The method used in this study is descriptive method with data collection procedures based on secondary data obtained from existing documents in the section Data Processing and Information (Pelayanan) and data collection through interviews, observation and study of literature. Based on the observation that it can be concluded that the realization of the Annual Income Tax Reporting corporate taxpayers and Individual Taxpayer in the last three years that the year 2013 until the year 2015 that the tax compliance in KPP Madya Juanda Sidoarjo has still not reached the target due to a lack of understanding of the taxpayers in a tax return reporting annual Income. From this research, the authors advise the Tax Officer (tax authorities) should further enhance service to the taxpayer is to provide facilities and ease of calculation simplification Annual Tax Return Income Tax reporting procedures and the provision of more frequent socialization.
