Abstract
One of the main elements in the people’s welfare is the fulfillment of people’s needs in the field of housing. The need for housing in the present time is a national problem, therefore the government or the organizer of housing construction provides a house that can be sold to consumers. In accordance with Bank Tabungan Negara’s vision of becoming the leading bank in housing finance, Bank Tabungan Negara Capem Mulyosari seeks to raise the mortgagae lending in order to help people who are under-funded to purchase housing through housing loans. To achieve these objectives it is necessary to hold observations and interviews. In an effort to increase housing credit, many problems arise such as the length of credit process and other bank interest rates lower than the bank BTN. With the problems that arise BTN agencies anticipate by covincing customers, apply the method 1.3.1, I day of the 3-day process submission and I day of realization, asking clearly about the customer profile, and provide information to customers regarding the form that must be filled in when filling credit.
