Abstract
The research aims to determine whether the implementation of Good Corporate Governance at PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tuban can help companies in managing credit banking risks and constraint to analyze what is happening in implementing Good Corporate Governance in managing credit banking risks. Transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence, and fairness are the principles on which the implementation of Good Corporate Governance. The research employs case study approach with the objects of State-owned Babks, which PT Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tuban and data collection by using questonnaires distributed to each taken 55 customer respondents and 5 employee respondents. This study shows that the results of the application of the principles of Good Corporate Governance which include transparency, accountability, responsibility, independence and fairness possite effect on the process of lending and increased trust of BRIGUNA credit customers.
