Abstract
The role of banks is very important to support the economic development of a country. Banks are known as financial institutions whose main activity is to accept funds from the public, channeling funds to the public, and give provide another services. The public in fulfilling their needs can not be separated from the credit terms of easy filing, low interest rates, and certainly can be used in everything. The purpose of this study is to know the process of giving special credit employees at the Bank Pembangunan Daerah East Java Tbk Jombang branch. Data collection techniques using interview techniques. The results of the study show that multipurpose loan procedure at the Bank Pembangunan Daerah East Java Tbk Jombang branch has been completed accodring to the applicable terms and conditions. Suggestions given based on this study is neededfor an increase in the promotion of multipurpose loans so that the number of borrowers increases as expected. Keywords : Procedure, Multipurpose Loan
