Abstract
One of the work unit’s part the must getting attention or specific supervision from auditor is customer service.Supervision each work unit do by internal auditor. The purpose of this research is to know perfomed audit procedure of customer service activity at Bank Negara Cabang Surabaya. Method is done by direct interview to Service Assurance Staff PT Bank Tabungan Negara Cabang Surabaya. The result of this research is knowing the audit procedure that applied by Bank Tabungan Negara in customer service activity and know the risk that occur and prevent the occurance of risk on customer service and the implication of the reaserach are of the bank keep the rules in effect so that employees always comply with the rules according to applicable Standard Operating Procedure, enhance comtitive advantage through innovative product development, service and strategic network based on the latesttechnology, preparing and developing human capital quality, profesional and high intergrity.
