Abstract
This study aims to description is implementation of micro business credit in PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur, Tbk branch office Nganjuk and problem that rising in implementation of provisioning business credit and also how do they do to be solve this problem. This research represent the empirical research have the character of descriptive. Type of data used by primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques used throught interviews, and literature research. Analysis of data using qualitative. Based on field research shows that the process of micro business credit is done throught several steps. The loan application stage, the stage of the review and credit analysis, credit decision granting phase, and the withdrawal phase. Problem punish is arising out in the micro business credit is on performing loan and imbalances right and obligation between debitor and creditor. These obstacles can be solved by various way such as addiction continually to debitor and tightening the analysis. In the case of credit stuck hence effort conducted by PT. Bank Pembangunan Daerah Jawa Timur, Tbk Branch Office Nganjuk is proffering claim to Askrindo as according to Memory of Understanding which have been agreed on by government, guarantor company and bank because credit effort this people represent the governmental program alternatively the source of financing.
