Abstract
PT Sucofindo (Persero) Main Branch Surabaya has a budget procedure that starts from budget planning, then the budget will be realized in a period when running a project. In realizing the budget, it needs a good budget control to avoid swelling in the budget or commonly referred to as Over Limit. In the budget control there are methods to deal with a problem that arises within a budget. These methods include budget relocation in the following month, budget relocation in the previous month, and additional budget submissions to headquarters. These methods are considered as some of the most effective methods for solving problems within PT Sucofindo (Persero) Main Branch Surabaya.
