Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital structure, profitability, and firm size on the value of the company in Indonesian stock exchange. This study population is listed mining industry in Indonesian stock exchange in 2012-2016. Sampling method with purposive sampling, with some predetermined criteria, the number of samples is 31 mining companies. The analytical method used is the classic asumsi and multiple linear analysis using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solution). The result showed that all independent variables simultaneously in the study have a significant effect on firm value. Capital Structure has a significant negative effect on firm value. Profitability not having a significant positive effect on firm value. Firm size not having a significant positive effect on firm value.
