Abstract
The long term goal of the company is to optimize the value of the company. The value of the company which reflected in stock prices show the level of prosperity of shareholder. The higher the value of company,the more prosperous its share holder.This study aims to test and find out about the effect of profitability,funding decisions,investation decision and dividend policy to the value of tradingcompany. The sample in this study are 24 trading companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2016 period. This research is a quantitative research and the type of data used are secondary data. The dependend variable used is Value Company (Price to Book Value), while the independent variables used were profitability (ROE), funding decisions (DER), ,investation decision (TAG) and dividend policy (DPR). This study uses multiple linier regression model. The result showed that partially profitability and investation has a positive and significant impact on corporate value,while variable funding decisions not significant impact on corporate value and dividend policy significant impact on corporate . Key word : Value of the firm,profitability,funding decisions,investemen decisions,dividend policy
