Abstract
Return On Asset (ROA) is a comparation ratio between profit before tax and asset that measures the ability of banks to earn profits. In theory ROA are influenced by financial perfomance, such as liquidity, asset quality, sensitivity, efficiency and solvability. This research aims to analyze whether LDR, IPR, NPL, LAR, IRR, BOPO, FBIR, and ETA simultaneously and partially have significant effect toward ROA of Regional Development Bank. Sample in this research is BPD Kalimantan Barat, BPD Kalimantan Selatan, BPD NTT, and BPD Sulawesi Utara. This research used secondary data obtained publication financial report of the regional development bank in Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, during the period first quarter of 2010 until second quarter of 2015. Analysis method is multiple regession analysis. The result of the research showed that LDR, IPR, NPL, LAR, IRR, BOPO, FBIR, and ETA simultaneously have significant effect toward ROA of Regional Development Banks. This research also found that BOPO partially has negative significant effect, while FBIR partially has positive significant effect toward ROA of Regional Development Banks. LDR, IPR, and NPL have negative unsignificant effect toward ROA of Regional Development Banks. LAR, IRR, and ETA have negative unsignificant effect toward ROA of Regional Development Banks.
