Abstract

Mobile Banking is likely to be the main channel on the progress of information technology today. One is as a tool to facilitate customers to conduct banking transactions. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the mass media, social media and interpersonal communication on the intention to use mobile banking on BRI customers in Surabaya, to analyze the influence of the mass media, social media and interpersonal communication to the perception of the benefits of the BRI customers and analyze the impact of the perception of benefits to intention to use mobile banking on BRI customers in Surabaya. The samples used was 130. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is the regression technique. The results of this study indicates that the mass media, social media and interpersonal communication significantly influence the intention to use mobile banking, social media and communication intepersonal significant effect on the perception of the benefits while the mass media had no significant effect.
