Abstract

The problem formulation in this study whether LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO and FBIR partially have a significant effect toward CAR. The purpose of the study was to determine the level of significant of the influence of the LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO and FBIR simultaneously toward CAR. This reseach is explains simultaneously and pattially influence independent variable toward the dependent variable. Independent variable use a LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO and FBIR. And the dependent variable is CAR. The sampling use in the technique with the rest of population in sample and the devisa national private bank consist a Danamon, Maybank, OCBC NISP, Permata and Panin serve as the research sample. The data analysis technique used is multiple linier regressions. The conclusion of the research is LDR, IPR, NPL, APB, IRR, PDN, BOPO, and FBIR, simultaneously have a significant impact on CAR. Partially IPR, APB and IRR have a significant influence while the LDR, NPL, PDN, BOPO, and FBIR, have unsignificant effect, and the variable domain of those variable IRR. Keyword : Business Risk and Capital Adequacy Ratio.
